Office Hours: Our opening hours are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-3pm. Any orders/e-mails received outside of these hours will be treated as having been received on the next working day.
Ordering: Where an order is received less than one working day before delivery is due, we reserve the right to charge a late-notice fee.
Payment: Once we have received your order, we will send you an electronic invoice via Paypal, which can be paid using any Debit or Credit Card. The invoice must be paid by 5pm on the day BEFORE the delivery. If we do not receive payment by this time, we will not be able to deliver your order.
Delivery: Please ensure that someone will be at home to receive the delivery. At busy times, it may not be possible to re-deliver.
For deliveries in Bristol, we will make a maximum of 2 delivery attempts. We will leave a card at the delivery address and inform you by email or text message that we have not been able to successfully make delivery. Any further delivery attempts will incur an additional delivery charge.
For deliveries outside of Bristol (including Bath), we can only make one delivery attempt. We will leave a card at the delivery address and inform you by email or text message that we have not been able to make the delivery. Any further delivery attempts will incur an additional delivery charge.
Where re-delivery is requested more than 24 hours after the original delivery day, we reserve the right to charge a re-baking fee to ensure that the cupcakes are suitably fresh for the re-delivery.
