Beach House Bakery is a dream come true for me.
During my many years in the corporate world, I would unwind at the end of a long day by baking for family and friends. As a result of a particularly well received cupcake tower baked for my Grandmothers’ 80th birthday, Beach House Bakery was born. I began baking and experimenting to make sure I that had just the right combination of flavour and decoration to ensure that my cakes taste as good as they look.
I take pride in the fact that Beach House Bakery does not compromise on the quality of our ingredients. We ALWAYS use butter - unless you have a specific Food Allergy. Our eggs are ALWAYS free-range. We NEVER use boxed cake mix (You'd be amazed at how many bakers do!)
These days, I can usually be found in my small but perfectly formed kitchen experimenting with new recipes or channelling my creativity into new and original designs, particularly for our increasingly popular Wedding Cake range.
